Beginning his career in 2005, Aaron was recruited to work at a clinic situated in the bottom floor of a homeless mission in Atlantic City, serving as the sole psychiatric provider for that homeless community. From there he moved to Trenton working as psychiatric NP in an intensive partial care program while expanding his outpatient work treating all avenues of mental health. He proceeded to work as Director of Psychiatry for ARC of Mercer managing the mental health needs of twelve group homes and the local day program working at the time exclusively with the developmentally disabled. Finally taking up practice in the Marlton area, working as a psychiatric consultant for four Virtua hospitals and expanding outpatient treatment to include childhood and the elderly populations. After graduating from Yale University as a published author in the field of fatherhood and mental health, he has experienced and subsequently treated virtually all mental health, substance abuse, personality and neuro psychiatric disorders and eager to learn and continue.
